FAQs

When visiting our office to retrieve your vehicle or personal items, we require proof of ownership (valid registration or title) and your photo ID. If you are not the registered owner, you will need written permission from the registered owner and a copy of their photo ID.
You must stop by our office to sign for the vehicle to be released and provide proof of ownership (valid registration or title) and your photo ID.

 
Releasing Your Vehicle to Insurance/Individual:

In person: To release your vehicle in person, you must sign the release form and provide the name of who the vehicle is to be released to.

 

Via Email:  To release your vehicle via email you must be the registered owner.  Simply write out a statement that includes your name, what kind of car (year, make, and model) and who you’re releasing the vehicle to.  You must also attach a copy/photo of your picture ID.
