If you had full coverage on your vehicle, the first step is to let your insurance company know that you were involved in an accident and that your vehicle is being stored at our facility. They will provide you with the next steps. Make sure to collect your personal items from your vehicle before releasing it to your insurance company.
If you did not have full coverage, please contact us to find out the balance owed on your vehicle and your next steps.
Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership (current registration or title). In some cases, proof of ownership may not be required if we already have the registered owner's information on file.
Yes, but you must complete our Vehicle Release Authorization Form located in the very top right of our homepage, or come by in person to authorize the release.
Yes, if you are the registered owner. If you are not the registered owner, a release form must be filled out authorizing you to retrieve personal items. Note that some items attached to the car (like radios, batteries, and tires/wheels) cannot be removed. The general rule is if it requires a tool to remove, it cannot be removed from the vehicle. Exceptions may apply.
