Submission of a release form does not guarantee immediate release of a vehicle. Release is subject to full payment of all outstanding fees and verification of your authorization.

Unpaid fees may result in continued storage charges and, where permitted by law, a lien being placed on the vehicle in accordance with North Carolina statutes.
